Our Story

Established in 2001, High Tide Restoration and Cleaning^® offers Residential and Commercial Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning services to Hilton Head, Bluffton & nearby Low Country residents & businesses. Our restoration services cover water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, smoke damage restoration, content pack out and more.

Our Hide Tide Restoration Professionals are on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our Team is fully certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

The IICRC has served as the industry guardian for inspection, restoration and cleaning services for over 30 years.

Ryan Moore
Founder & CEO

Ryan Moore has been a longtime resident of Hilton Head Island, and founded High Tide back in 2001. He's an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer.

Chris Wells
Vice President

Chris joined our team in 2020 as Vice President. Chris has been living in the Low Country since 1997 and is happily married to his wife, Katherine. In his free time, Chris has been coaching high school baseball on Hilton Head since 1997 and is currently the head baseball coach at Hilton Head Prep. Chris earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Carolina and is an avid Gamecocks fan.
